With more than 10 years coaching, our house will welcome you, no matter your background or your fitness levels, helping you to achieve your fitness goals while you grow and become your best version.  You’ll experience that you're making a step ahead, developing new skills, becoming stronger, while you're part of a big family. No matter what your fitness goals are, we will help you get there!

Get to know CrossFit

CrossFit is a catalyst for health, growth, camaraderie, and safe exposure to new challenges. It’s a place where you get to do things you never thought possible. And the emphasis on community means you get to experience it with friends. 

PROGRAMING

On every CrossFit RJ class you will find 3 sections: weightlifting, skills and conditioning.

​OUR 10 COMMANDMENTS

  1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts to ensure the sessions runs on time and you don't miss out on any important crazy information!

  2. Warm up as directed by your Coach. It is our responsibility to warm you up specifically for the Workout of that day.

  3. Join our online community on WhatsApp and see what all the fuss is about! We also encourage you to be active on this page including recording your scores for workouts on Wodify.

  4. Ask questions, if you are in doubt please ask us!

  5. Look after your space and equipment. If you sweat a lot, bring a towel and ensure all equipment is wiped down (including the floor if you had a chalk explosion).

  6. Put the equipment back away where you found it after everyone has finished the WOD - once your equipment is packed up, help someone else.

  7. Cheer! Cheer on your workout buddies! Encourage and motivate each other, have fun, enjoy it and don't overthink it.

  8. Listen to the coach. We have a lot of experience between us so please let us do the coaching, just sit back listen up and get to work

  9. Don't pack away until the last person has finished the WOD, then put away your own stuff and help others.

  10. Check out the WOD (on Wodify App), have any questions ready, and checkout our social media where you can find a great library of videos on the movements.
