POWER HOUR.

HYROX style: combining functional movements, strength-based exercises, and cardio, this high energy up-beat class is designed to give you a while body workout, will improve your strength and keep your body in great shape. The class is kept safe, fun and will leave you wanting. 40% strength & 60% cardio.

GYMNASTICS.

Mastering complex bodyweight movements such as handstands, pull-ups, and ring exercises, promoting body contral and advanced acrobatic skills. These exercises enhance strength, stability, and balance, helping you become a more complete athlete.

RUNNING.

If you're looking to improve your endurance, speed, or technique, this class is for you, We are gonna running through interval training, sprints, and long-distance running. Perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves and boost overall fitness
